A little bit about me....

I honestly hate talking about myself but i will try......I was born and raised in the central valley of California for 18 years! I am the oldest of 2 younger siblings which makes me a permanent baby sitter lol. I had an amazing childhood that I got to spend going to awesome places like Disneyland, Hawaii, New York, etc. As a child I was heavily invested in acting, singing, and dancing. I have been in over 15 community productions (Fun fact: I played the roll of Belle from beauty and the beast in two of them). Some other fun roles included Sharpay from High School Musical, and Lilly from Annie. At the age of thirteen I went to a new middle school where I met my current boyfriend of 7 years! We have literally been together our entire teenage life. He is my absolute best friend, fellow Disneyland lover, my biggest support, and of course my part time assistant.

As I got older I began to focus more on school and getting into college. I attended an early college high school (you attend community college while being a high school student). I ended up graduating with a whole years worth of college credits. At the age of 18 I moved out and attended a four year California University. My boyfriend Brig (yes it is the most unique name ever... I think its super cool) moved in with me a year later and now we couldn't be happier. I am still currently attending college as a third year student, majoring in psychology. As a college student it can be difficult to work a job and attend school at the same time. So my boyfriend and I found self employment opportunities such as delivering for a food company to local students. We made good money and set our own hours. However I wanted to apply the self employment experience we had learned toward my own small business.

I opened my etsy store in September of 2016 with no idea of what I was doing. However I quickly began making sales in the flower crown business and was having a blast. Nevertheless, school got in the way and I found myself never having any time to work on my etsy shop. I made the decision to close my shop only to reopen 9 months later in the summer of 2017. This time around I was focusing on mouse ears , flower crown, combs, and baby accessories and my business took off. In March of 2018 Disney reposted a pair of my mouse ears (the only mouse ear shop to ever have that happen) which was easily the craziest most exciting day of my life. I am absolutely in love with what I do and I hope to make a transition into many more crafting shops because I have so many ideas....but never enough time.

Currently I work on my etsy shop full time and I am always trying to expand and keep up with my always changing business. I decided this blog would be a wonderful opportunity to share my experiences with everyone. As of right now I am focusing on sharing my Disneyland and etsy experiences but I am always open to sharing about college life, my weight loss journey, and my relationship. I am so excited to share pieces of my life with everyone and I cannot wait to see where this blog takes me.

Oh my gosh and I forgot to mention.... We have three amazing crazy cats that are more like children than animals ... correction... they are definitely our children.... named Duchess, Figaro, and Chip. (Yes those are all disney names)
